Using this site
By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
Prices and information
I take every price from the vendor's own pricing page and show the date I checked it. Prices, plans and fees change, and I can make mistakes. Nothing here is a quote or an offer from any vendor. Confirm the price with the vendor before you buy. Totals worked out from published prices are labeled as calculated.
Not professional advice
This site is general information to help you compare software costs. It isn't financial, legal or tax advice.
Affiliate disclosure
This site may include affiliate links. A commission never changes a listed price, ranking or verdict. Paid placements, if any, are labeled "Sponsored". See the disclosure page for which links, if any, earn a commission.
Third-party links
Links to vendor sites go to pages I don't control. Their terms and privacy policies apply there.
Using the content
You can read this site, link to any page and quote short parts with a link back to the page. The text, tables and layout are mine, and copying large parts of the site, republishing it or using it to build a competing list needs my written permission. Company names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners, and I use them only to identify their products.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, I am not liable for any loss or damage that comes from using this site or relying on it, including lost profits, lost data or any indirect or consequential loss. If I am found liable anyway, my total liability to you is limited to $100. Some places don't allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Indemnity
If you misuse this site or break these terms and someone makes a claim against me because of it, you agree to cover my reasonable costs from that claim.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA. Any dispute about this site or these terms is handled by the courts located in New York.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
