About Auto Shop Costs

I run Auto Shop Costs for owners and managers of independent auto repair shops who are choosing or switching shop management software and want the real monthly and first-year cost before a sales demo. It's an independent, dated record of official prices, not a review site, and no vendor pays to be listed.

I take every figure from the vendor's own pricing page and note the date I checked it. I don't use review sites, forums or sales quotes as sources. When I can't verify a figure, I leave the cell blank. Totals worked out from published prices, like a total for a 5 tech shop, are labeled as calculated. When a price changes, I record it on the price change log.

This site isn't built for dealership service departments, large chains, or car owners looking for repair prices.

There are no affiliate links on this site right now. See the disclosure page for how that would work if it changes.

If a price is wrong or out of date, email me at hello@autoshopcosts.fyi.
