What I collect
This site has no forms, no email signup, no accounts and no analytics or tracking scripts. I don't set cookies. If you email me, I get your email address and whatever you write.
Services that may process data in the US
These services handle data for this site, and they may process it in the United States:
- GitLab, which hosts the site and may log basic visit data.
Email sent to hello@autoshopcosts.fyi is forwarded to my inbox through Cloudflare Email Routing.
Links to other sites
Pages link to vendors' own pricing pages. When you follow one, that site's own privacy policy applies.
No selling of data
I don't sell or rent personal information, and I don't share it for advertising.
Your rights
If you are in the EU or the UK, data protection law (the GDPR and UK GDPR) gives you the right to ask me for a copy of the personal information I hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, and to object to how I use it. If you are in California, I don't sell or share your personal information, as those words are defined in California law. To make any of these requests, email hello@autoshopcosts.fyi and say what you would like me to do. I will reply by email. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Children
This site is not directed to children under 16, and I don't knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has sent me personal information, email hello@autoshopcosts.fyi and I will delete it.
How long I keep information
I keep emails sent to hello@autoshopcosts.fyi until you ask me to delete them.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update the date at the top of this page.
